Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our North America sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our brand in the region, predominantly targeting medium-sized enterprises. You will work closely with experts in marketing and customer success to develop a go-to-market strategy and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close
  • Closure of new business at or above quota level
  • Conduct high-quality meetings with prospects in your territory via online and in-person meetings
  • Become an expert in sustainability and sustainable procurement
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for EcoVadis' suite of products and solutions
  • Develop business in the North American region through Account-Based Sales Development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong drive and a desire to pursue a career in sales in an international and dynamic environment. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in North America, preferably in sustainability, procurement, or compliance solutions
  • Over-achievement versus quota in past sales roles
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Autonomous and self-motivated individual
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of North American corporate business culture
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to captivate audiences during virtual presentations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000-$180,000 (OTE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexi-time, home office allowance, wellness allowance, and a great 401K matching program.
