Medical Territory Sales Representative

The role of Surgical Field Sales Consultant at Brasseler USA involves developing and managing a specific territory to increase market share in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) segment. This position requires engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing supply chain and service solutions to establish distribution contractual agreements. The successful candidate will focus on growing the account base by acquiring new customers and expanding sales within existing accounts.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description:
This position is responsible for driving sales of Henry Schein Surgical Products (HSSP) to ASC customers through effective strategy development and account targeting. The successful candidate will cultivate and capture new accounts, respond to customer concerns in a timely fashion, and execute all company programs and corporate initiatives. Additional responsibilities include planning and organizing strategies to increase market share, directing sales activities within the territory, and maintaining a high level of integrity while focusing on continuing education programs.

* Valid driver's license required* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office (Word and Excel)* Strong selling skills, communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, negotiation skills* Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required* O.R. experience preferred but not required* Goal-oriented and effective time management skills* Solid skills in client prospecting and account management* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team* Passion for sales, always wanting more, never settling* Understanding of industry practices* Strong presentation and public speaking skills* Strong interpersonal skills* Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages* Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, ability to build partnerships externally* Good negotiating skills* Resolve complex issues in effective ways* Project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget* 60-75% travel required* Reside in San Francisco or Sacramento* Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
