Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the New England territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives for the Game Ready division, both in rentals and capital sales. This role requires working with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and independent 1099 distributors/reps in a designated geographic area, driving product adoption and growth through analytical skills and product knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support designated Ortho Independent Representative (IR) in driving product sales by interacting with clinician customers, doctors, nurses, and operating room staff to obtain prescription information and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on Game Ready GRPro 2.1 and Med4Elite systems.
  • Schedule in-services and patient set-ups, increasing product awareness, including 24-hour on-call support and pickup of patient rental units.
  • Process orders (including demos) through DME+ and Game Ready systems.
  • Adhere to Game Ready Inventory Best Practices, including inventory management, metrics reporting, and serial number verification.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot rental fleets according to SOP requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on corporate compliance, healthcare compliance, quality and regulatory rules, and hospital credentialing.
  • Local territory field travel is required.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of demonstrated success in medical device sales.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and HCPs.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to travel frequently and overnight, with flexibility to work varying shifts each week.
  • Occasional tradeshow attendance on weekends may be required.
  • Minimum seven years working with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Deep understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.

Benefits:
This role offers a generous salary range of $45,000-$80,000, plus an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits package.
