Location: 100% Onsite/Tucson, AZ (local candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Test Engineering and Shop Operations to establish protocols that guarantee safe and effective machine evaluations at the testing facility.

Document client specifications and requirements comprehensively.

Investigate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Formulate and implement solutions that assist clients in creating top-tier products.

Analyze process workflows to identify root causes of issues.

Devise corrective measures to address persistent challenges.

Team Interaction:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to engage with all organizational levels effectively.

Work Environment:

Candidates should be at ease working in an office setting and in proximity to both the maintenance and operation of substantial mining machinery.

Education & Experience Required:

A background in Engineering or a related technical field is essential.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a Technical Equivalent
  • Proficiency in CAD/Solid Modeling
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma
  • Project Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with APQP
  • Experience in Heavy Equipment Operation
  • Knowledge of Machine Testing and Design
  • Facility Layout Expertise
  • Inventory Management Skills

Soft Skills:

A strong desire to understand and meet the needs of clients and customers is crucial.
