Job Title: Regional Territory Manager - Americas

VPG is a global leader in precision measurement sensing technologies, driving innovation and excellence in various industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Territory Manager - Americas to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and customer support team across Americas, serving as a senior partner in the territory.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales growth and maximize market potential.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results, preparing annual sales budgets and quarterly year-end forecasts.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory.
  • Select and develop sales staff to support company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with significant experience at a senior level.
  • Strong business and finance background, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent personal relationships and a strong ability to lead and develop a team.
