KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is in search of a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue goals and broadening the client portfolio within designated enterprise accounts.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing connections to create new business avenues.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Perform in-depth needs assessments to comprehend the challenges and objectives of prospective clients, effectively positioning solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, marketing leaders, and IT specialists, to become a trusted advisor.
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that resonate with client needs and highlight our value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Spearhead negotiations and oversee the contract process to successfully finalize sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with both sales goals and client expectations.
  • Client Success Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, and product management, to guarantee smooth implementation and ongoing support for clients.
  • Utilization of Sales Technologies: Employ and maximize sales automation tools and CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, monitor activities, and enhance sales processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A proven history of success in enterprise-level B2B/B2C sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or data services sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales automation technologies and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate intricate sales cycles and secure substantial deals with enterprise clients.
  • A strong grasp of email marketing, data solutions, and digital advertising landscapes is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset towards achieving sales objectives and surpassing client expectations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation range reflects our good faith belief regarding the pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be adjusted in the future.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees may be eligible for paid sick leave as required by law.
