Job Title: System Administrator I

Vibrint is seeking a skilled System Administrator I to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our Information Technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, install, and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and GOTS/COTS software
  • Support IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis
  • At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting software installations and operations
  • Understanding of computer networks with ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document network connectivity and performance issues
  • Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
  • At least 5 years of experience analyzing and correcting data flow issues within systems
  • Experience in understanding network diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot dataflow and computer system-related issues
  • Working knowledge of enterprise dataflow and Nifi is helpful
  • Willing to perform 24/7 shift work

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years' experience as a SA working on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university is required
  • CWIP Certification (IAT Level 1) is required

Clearance: Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.
