Lumilum LLC is a dynamic company specializing in providing energy-efficient LED lighting solutions for both residential and commercial spaces in Miami. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Job

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission-based performance, making it possible to earn over $100,000 annually. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new sales relationships with additional retail locations within existing accounts.
  • Assist in submitting orders by quoting and/or referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Resolve customer returns and complaints by investigating the problem, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
Key Responsibilities

You will also be required to:

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Use Salesforce CRM based technology to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Experience in the electrical supply sector and/or lighting sales (B2C or B2B) is an asset.
  • Inside/outside sales experience is highly desirable.
