We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at TEAM Concepts Corp. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in English and Spanish to work with international clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle product inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and inventory levels to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to receive and ship products efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Above-average customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and SAP software.
