Job Overview

Lumilum LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Professional to join our team in West Kendall, Miami. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for aggressively prospecting and developing new relationships within our existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to cold call and develop a relationship with customers. You will also be required to make at least 30 calls per day to our existing customer base and handle incoming calls from customers ready to buy.

Your commission-based-performance will be directly proportionate to your ability to communicate and connect with your customer base. A customer that buys once generally buys again, and commissions start with the first sale as long as you maintain the relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new sales relationships with additional retail locations within existing accounts.
  • Create new accounts by calling on existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Assist in submitting orders by quoting and/or referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Resolve customer returns and complaints by investigating the problem, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
