Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Talent Management to lead our human capital initiatives. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management and acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management and acquisition strategies to meet business needs and drive organizational growth.
  • Lead the talent management function, including talent acquisition, learning and development, policy development, organizational design, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and employee development.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and job descriptions to improve organizational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the talent management team, focusing on career development and growth.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of human resources documents, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including EEO, ADA, OSHA, and other governmental regulations.
  • Assist with organizational conflict and address employee relations issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Master's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of related professional HR experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in HR practices, employment laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in activating human capital as a strategic contributor to long-term organizational success.
