Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their real estate needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate sales and leasing (Boston market).
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a successful sales team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
