Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment, including pizza makers and delivery vehicles, to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and delivery.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Prepare product, including pizzas, sides, and desserts, to meet customer demands and quality standards.
  • Receive and process telephone orders, taking accurate and detailed information from customers to ensure timely and correct delivery.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Environment

Our team members work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside may occur. Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, and hot surfaces/tools from over 500 degrees or higher may be present.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
  • Walking: Walking is generally in short distances for short durations.
  • Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
  • Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
  • Carrying: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
  • Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
  • Pushing: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed on dollies.
  • Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
