Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative at Alex Mora - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Insurance Expertise: Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication and Sales: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs, while promoting the development of our business and driving sales growth.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Customer Service Focus: A dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Goals: Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and demonstrate a passion for marketing products and services based on customer needs.
