Position Overview
Tenet3 is in search of a skilled Solutions Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects. In this role, you will swiftly develop knowledge models utilizing our cutting-edge technology stack. Collaborating with fellow team members, you will model, simulate, and evaluate intricate digital representations of systems. Our modeling techniques encompass everything from microelectronic components to comprehensive system-level models.

Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will enhance methodologies related to digital twin, digital thread, and systems engineering. You will:
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies to facilitate the design, analysis, and verification of complex aerospace systems.
• Integrate MBSE techniques into existing engineering workflows.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of MBSE models and simulation tools.
• Assist in the testing, validation, and verification of MBSE tools and models.
• Develop use cases, recommendations, and best practices for knowledge modeling.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices.
• Strong writing, public speaking, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to both provide and accept guidance.
• A proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.

Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in engineering disciplines that utilize modeling and simulation.
