As part of our team, you will engage with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies alongside simulation integration specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your work will primarily focus on the research and development of RADAR algorithms for the U.S. DoD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop algorithms for automated measurement extractions to meet client specifications and integrate with existing systems, thereby enhancing mission analysis.
  • Utilize expertise in RADAR phenomenology and analysis to inform algorithm development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of client requirements.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field, accompanied by at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information, including possessing a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Proficiency in RADAR phenomenology and analysis.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming.
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to work within a team environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong skills in algorithm development and optimization.
  • A diverse engineering background across multiple disciplines or technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Line of Sight (LOS) analysis and related tools.
  • Familiarity with sensor and signal processing methodologies.
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of modern military systems, both domestic and international.
  • Experience within NASIC or the Intelligence Community is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C, and Java.
  • Strong mathematical skills, particularly in aerospace applications.
