Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to join our team at Optum. As a Senior Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nail care services to patients, including trimming and buffing of toenails.
  • Organize and maintain exam and treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Respond to patient messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current state license as a manicurist is essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related nail technician role.
  • Ability to travel between clinics as needed.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
