Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver prescribed medical treatments and personal care to patients experiencing illness or injury. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting patient observations, assessments, and changes in condition.
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse physical and behavioral challenges.
  • Accountability for meeting and maintaining qualification standards.

Qualifications
Licensure/Certification:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Texas or a Compact state.
Basic Life Support (BCLS): Required.

Education:
Completion of an RN or LVN program leading to licensure.
Ability to read and write basic English, with the skills necessary to understand and convey physician's orders.
Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience:
No prior experience required; however, 1-2 years of experience as an RN is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to lift over 100 pounds with assistance, effective oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities.
