Position Overview

Accelerate Wound Care is a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to enhance our outreach and promotional initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Operations and receiving guidance from the Director of Nursing/Clinical Liaison, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing strategic outreach and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and manage engaging content for our website and marketing materials, including graphics, blog entries, and social media updates.
  • Organize marketing events and compile reports to assess the needs of patients and healthcare partners.
  • Plan outreach initiatives and coordinate visits to both new and existing healthcare facilities.
  • Oversee the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Design marketing collateral while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of healthcare partners and potential contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate summary reports to track engagement trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct patient and facility satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality and address feedback.
  • Assist leadership in formulating and assessing marketing strategies, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Continuously research new avenues for attracting prospective patients and facilities, offering recommendations to leadership.
  • Promote a positive brand image and serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to outreach efforts.
  • Engage in networking opportunities at community events and deliver presentations to various groups as required.
  • Establish strong community relationships to enhance the organization’s reputation as the preferred wound care provider.
  • Ensure all marketing and outreach materials reflect accurate and updated company messaging.
  • Coordinate company group photos and new hire profiles for the website.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator role or a similar position.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Experience in both digital and print marketing, as well as content marketing and social media strategies.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and design software.

Familiarity with web development platforms and design tools is preferred.

Excellent organizational, research, and analytical skills.

A genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and patient care is essential.

Bonus: Experience with healthcare organizations and contracts, particularly in long-term care or durable medical equipment (DME).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, or equivalent experience.
