Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee high-quality content for various platforms, including email campaigns, social media, digital articles, websites, and print materials.
  • Engagement Strategies: Design compelling messages tailored to our target demographics to enhance engagement and conversion across all channels.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure uniform messaging and branding across all platforms, utilizing the unique strengths of each medium.
  • Event Marketing: Create and execute promotional strategies for events that inspire and captivate audiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and assess content performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with communications, education, and membership teams to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including budgeting and promotional schedules that align with our organizational goals.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in content development or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and creativity.
  • Content Versatility: Proven ability to create engaging content across various platforms, including email, social media, blogs, and print. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and Adobe Creative Suite/Canva is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytics tools such as Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to gauge content effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
