Role Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic, data-driven marketing team. This role will focus on the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences.


The Marketing Operations Specialist will utilize advanced technologies, including our marketing automation system and customer relationship management tools, to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution:
    Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Marketing Automation:
    Oversee and optimize our marketing automation platform. Develop, test, and maintain automated workflows and email campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Data Management & Analysis:
    Ensure data integrity across our marketing technologies. Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management:
    Manage multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
