We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic, data-driven team and support our ongoing expansion. This role is crucial in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will utilize advanced technologies—including our marketing automation system (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and customer data platform (Lytics)—to create impactful marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator, possesses strong emotional intelligence, is detail-oriented, and excels at finding innovative solutions through logical processes.
Key Responsibilities – Campaign Execution:
Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns: assist in managing timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze campaign data for optimization.
Utilize Marketo and Knak to produce consistent, on-brand materials to support marketing efforts, including emails, newsletters, event invitations, announcements, landing pages, and registration pages.
Leverage our technology stack to target marketing initiatives, ensuring relevance to our audiences.
Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and secure approvals.
Schedule and deploy email campaigns reaching extensive subscriber lists.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Automation:
Manage and enhance our marketing automation platform, Marketo.
Develop, test, and maintain automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
Maintain campaign member statuses to support performance analysis and attribution.
Integrate and automate our technology stack to scale efforts and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities – Data Management & Analysis:
Assist in ensuring data integrity across our technology platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and distribute regular reports detailing marketing performance from various data sources, including Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Support A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities – Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and enhance efficiency.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities – Project Management:
Manage multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with team members using our project management software, Asana.
Gather information and requirements from stakeholders to facilitate efficient task execution.
Create work-back schedules to support timely completion of projects.
Track project progress and communicate updates.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
1+ years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot).
1+ years of experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Experience with project management software.
Compensation:
$80,000 – 90,000 annually.
