Your Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee high-quality content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, digital articles, websites, and print materials.
  • Engagement Strategies: Design compelling messages tailored to our target demographics to enhance engagement and drive conversions across all platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure uniform messaging and branding across all channels, utilizing the unique strengths of each medium.
  • Event Marketing: Formulate and execute promotional strategies for events that captivate and inspire audiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate content performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine and enhance content strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with communications, education, and membership teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Development: Create and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including budgeting and promotional timelines that align with our organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in content development or digital marketing.
  • Writing Proficiency: Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with a sharp eye for detail and creativity.
  • Content Versatility: Ability to craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including email, social media, blogs, and print. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and Adobe Creative Suite/Canva is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Competence in using analytics tools such as Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to assess content effectiveness.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Innovative Thinking: A proactive approach to discovering new content opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
