About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Whop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our top creators. You will be the internal advocate for our creators, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 150+ creators, providing regular touchpoints to ensure their success on our platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive enhancements and feature development based on creator feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as creator retention rate and NPS score.
