About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager at Whop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our top creators. Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 150+ creators, providing regular touchpoints to ensure their success on our platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their needs and pain points.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as creator retention rate and NPS score.
