Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Revenue team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers in a defined Region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Retention: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to retain and grow their business.
  • Strategic Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customers, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with customers to negotiate and close contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and revenue retention.
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute a regional business plan, working with clients to establish critical goals and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Education technology, preferably with a focus on customer success or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Experience managing a book of business with over $2M ACV and managing 30+ accounts.
  • Demonstrable executive-level presence and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
