Customer Success Manager

Kaltura is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers in a defined Region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the education technology space. You will be responsible for developing and executing a regional business plan, working with clients to establish critical goals, and aiding them in achieving their objectives.
You will also be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction, growing the Region, and managing account escalations to resolution. If you have a passion for customer advocacy and a strong desire to drive business growth, we encourage you to apply.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to drive revenue growth
- Work with clients to establish critical goals and aid them in achieving their objectives
- Increase customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
