This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to modernize and streamline access to critical information across different operational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside program directors and team leaders to improve data processing and ensure real-time information accessibility.
  • Design and implement knowledge management frameworks to facilitate effective knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
  • Utilize business analytics to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on innovative knowledge management practices to foster organizational excellence.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to enhance operational processes and cultural integration.
  • Assist in data processing for statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Streamline data collection methods and generate analytical reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • CI Polygraph recognized by relevant authorities or the capability to obtain one.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data manipulation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert or a relevant current certification.
  • Experience with HTML coding and data visualization software.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, ArcGIS, and graphic design principles.
