About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team at Constant Associates. As a key member of our Office of Fleet and Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting knowledge management initiatives and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage knowledge management initiatives to align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee SharePoint administration, customization, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless information management
  • Design and implement effective information structures to support business needs
  • Plan, execute, and manage complex knowledge management projects to drive business outcomes
  • Make strategic decisions and drive process improvements to enhance business efficiency
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill team members
  • Lead and mentor junior knowledge management specialists to foster growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with information management regulations and security standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration/Analytics, Technical Communication, or a relevant field
  • 4-10 years of relevant knowledge management experience
  • Expertise in SharePoint administration and management
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of information management regulations and security standards
