About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team at Constant Associates. As a key member of our Office of Fleet and Asset Management, you will play a critical role in supporting knowledge management initiatives and ensuring the effective management of Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) fleet and asset resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage knowledge management initiatives to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee SharePoint administration, customization, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless information management.
  • Design and implement effective information structures to support data governance and compliance.
  • Plan, execute, and manage complex knowledge management projects to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance knowledge management skills.
  • Lead and mentor junior knowledge management specialists to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with information management regulations and security standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration/Analytics, Technical Communication, or a relevant field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant knowledge management experience, with expertise in SharePoint administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of information management regulations and security standards.
  • Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI).
