POSITION SUMMARY:
As a SharePoint Content Manager at ASRC Federal Holding Company, you will oversee the management and organization of documents for Navy and Marine Corps Portfolios and Offices. Your daily tasks will include content administration, user training, and workflow planning for PEO Digital Enterprise Services. You will ensure compliance with policy and other PEO Practices, utilizing MS Teams on the SharePoint platform and participating in SharePoint Online and Knowledge Management clean-up. Additionally, you will provide end-user training on various Microsoft tools and platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and administer content usage and provide SharePoint Program Support. Gather requirements and adapt to configurations based on stakeholder needs. Provide end-user support and training on creating and configuring document libraries, lists, and permissions. Collaborate with SharePoint developers to support enterprise operations and migration. Recommend best practices for implementing SharePoint portal technology procedures. Customize with common languages and provide recommendations for SharePoint portal technology procedures.

EXPERIENCE:
4 years' experience in business analysis and SharePoint requirements elicitation. 4 years' experience in SharePoint online (SPO) and SharePoint 2013 administration. Experience using Microsoft Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Experience supporting SharePoint Online Migrations. Strong understanding of OOB SharePoint 2013/SPO features, terms, capabilities, and best practices. Knowledge of enterprise portal technologies and Information Technology skills. Active Secret Clearance and CompTIA A+ certification required. Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
