Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, our top performers can earn up to 16 bonuses per year, including monthly and quarterly bonuses and performance bonuses with company growth sharing multipliers.
Job Description: As an Account Executive at USHA, you will work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals to help them access affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits with access to health coverage plans. You will advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fits their individual needs and provide service that is fast, fair, and caring.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be accountable and coachable, have a passion for helping other people every day, and be computer and internet savvy. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to excellence, high personal integrity and character, and a good work ethic and self-motivation.
