At Advisors Richmond (BMG-RC), we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

About the Role:
* Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking events
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on company offerings and promote them to clients
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to provide expert advice to clients and identify new sales opportunities

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
* Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools
