As a Business Development Representative at Josh Bodner - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building long-lasting customer relationships.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team and develop their business leadership skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

You will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to the success of the agency. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively relate to customers.

About the Qualifications
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required. A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is also a plus.
  • The ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license is mandatory.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to success are essential qualities for this role.
