We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Lending Manager. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing new commercial deposit and loan accounts, as well as enhancing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue deposit-driven commercial relationships, presenting solutions using treasury management, wealth products, and other services.
  • Manage and service commercial relationships by interviewing applicants and obtaining pertinent financial data.
  • Analyze financial information and determine whether a credit is an acceptable risk.
  • Approve loans within assigned lending authority, and recommend credits outside lending authority to the next level or present to the Loan Committee.
  • Monitor market conditions, observing competitor impact and make recommendations to maintain a competitive and profitable product line.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skills in commercial credit underwriting, business development, and portfolio management for mid-sized companies.
  • Minimum of seven or more years of Commercial Lending experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superb people skills to work within a team environment and successfully develop and retain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to cross-sell other banking products, including loans, deposits, and treasury management.
  • Self-motivated to work independently and take ownership.
Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business with emphasis in financial banking preferred.

Computer and Software Skills:

Word, Excel, Bankway, Salesforce, Google Mail.
