Job Summary

Sunflower Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to expand and manage our loan portfolio.

  • Develop and execute business plans to expand and manage our loan portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in the documentation of loan transactions and credit applications.
  • Present credit requests to senior management and/or the Loan Committee for review and approval.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics with a minimum of 12 semester hours of Accounting.
  • 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
  • 5+ years of relationship management experience with the majority of the time spent in commercial lending and/or agriculture related lending activities preferred.
  • Formal credit training such as RMA or Regional or State Banking School preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Sales and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
