Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our middle-market privately owned business clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs, and driving business growth through cross-selling and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions
• Collaborate with credit teams to analyze and evaluate credit requests, write loan commitments, and recommend risk ratings and issue declinations
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including credit renewal, review of financial statements and collateral valuations, cash flow analysis, and delinquency management
• Compile reporting to monitor asset, credit quality, and compliance with policy and regulation

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending or equivalent experience. You should have advanced knowledge of commercial underwriting approval processes, wealth management products, treasury services, deposit offerings, and other bank services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
