**Job Summary:**

TGG Accounting is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in a commission-based sales role. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales Manager to schedule and optimize appointments in your designated geographical area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Utilize industry expertise to accurately estimate and quote project costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our Project Management Team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to our Sales Manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
