TridentCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing service levels to all TridentCare customers in a designated geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with local facility influencers, including administrators, directors of nursing, and medical directors.
- Cross-sell TridentCare services to assigned facilities.
- Develop and maintain territory coverage with the Regional Sales Director and coordinate with the Clinical Sales Executive.
- Responsible for problem resolution in support of the Clinical Sales Executive, including billing issues, on-site training, and general operational issues.
- Coordinate TridentCare responses to customer-initiated issues between the Sales Support Team and customers.
- Attend QA meetings and ensure that administrators, directors of nursing, and medical directors have electronic copies of QA reports.
- Generate qualified leads for the Clinical Sales Executive.
- Identify prospects using all available resources and the SUGAR database.
- Significant travel required as needed within the assigned territory, with daily account visits.
- Weekly and monthly call schedules will be approved by the Regional Sales Director and coordinated with the Clinical Sales Executive.
- Report customer product experience issues through appropriate channels in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work as a liaison between the customer, external, and internal TridentCare operations.
- Track personnel changes within client facilities and develop and maintain accurate prospect and account files using the SUGAR database and DDF system.
- Assist in the gathering of critical information for RFP responses.
- Conduct new facility set-ups in person.
- Conduct reviews of services for assigned clients, as needed by the Clinical Sales Executive.
- Collect and update competitive information.
- Attend industry conferences, regional meetings, and actively participate in local networking and professional events to cultivate customer relationships.
- Submit timely and complete reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Establish a positive public image of the Company in all interactions with prospects, customers, colleagues, and competitors.
- Commit to professional development as appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience is required, preferably with one year of sales experience.
- General understanding of ROI selling.
- Long-term, skilled nursing or medical sales experience or familiarity is preferred.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.
- Must possess a high sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
- Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must possess a high degree of initiative, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Individual must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
