Core Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Consult with veteran entrepreneurs to explore their commercial financing requirements and evaluate their financial circumstances.
    • Offer knowledgeable insights on commercial loan solutions and alternatives, including terms, interest rates, and repayment plans.
    • Clarify the loan process, terms, and stipulations in a clear and comprehensible manner.
  2. Loan Application Management:
    • Guide clients in filling out commercial loan applications.
    • Collect essential documentation, such as business financial records, tax documents, and business proposals.
    • Submit finalized loan applications along with supporting materials for underwriting review.
