Client Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.
- Promptly respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist clients with various tasks by leveraging resources and collaborating with peers and management.
- Use an agile approach to prioritize multiple daily tasks and meet deadlines.
- Provide updates to advisors and managers on account statuses and requests.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study.
- 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
- FINRA Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66.
