Job Summary

The Client Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting Account Managers in our Commercial Risk Management Division. This position requires exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, provide information, and resolve complaints. The ideal candidate will be proficient in commercial property and casualty services, ratings, claims, and billings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify customer issues are resolved and record details of interactions in the Company CRM system.
  • Assist Account Managers in investigating customer grievances and determining insurance coverage.
  • Review policy terms and collaborate with Account Managers to determine loss coverage.
  • Support the renewal process under the guidance of the Account Manager.
  • Learn and become proficient in processing certificates of insurance requests, handling claims procedures, and following up with clients regarding billing issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service standards and perform related administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with Office365 experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Active state property and casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
