Job Title: Bilingual Client Service Specialist

Heard & Smith, LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Assistant Department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Client Service Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone and computer in a call center environment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Resolving client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills (verbal and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards
  • Knowledge of computer technology and the Internet, including MS Office Outlook
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the disability or medical field, including former DDS, ODAR, and SSA employees, is highly preferred. Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or other legal experience is also a plus.

Work Environment:

This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home. You will need a dedicated workspace with a computer, camera, and fast internet connection. You will also need to reside in Texas, with San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin being preferred locations.
