Job Title: Client Development Representative

Supplemental Health Care Corporate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Development Representative to join our team. As a Client Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our staffing business by identifying new opportunities, presenting solutions, and securing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline to expand business within the assigned territory
  • Pinpoint and assess new client sales leads and expansion opportunities
  • Utilize internal and external data to identify potential clients ideal for our services
  • Conduct phone calls and manage email campaigns to uncover business opportunities in order to build a pipeline
  • Reconnect with clients who have not worked with us in a year or more
  • Establish and develop relationships with hiring managers at all levels within the healthcare industry
  • Work closely with Business Development Directors and Client Services Managers to implement sales strategies and close contracts
  • Set up sales meetings with key stakeholders with CSM or BD Director weekly
  • Present features and benefits tailored to meet clients' needs and handle objections
  • Develop and expand existing client needs by targeting additional lines of business not currently under contract
  • Contribute to a high-morale, motivated, and teamwork-driven environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • Some experience in a sales environment is preferred
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Proficient with corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office suite). Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot Sales or SalesLoft Cadence is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of managing time effectively and being self-motivated to generate a pipeline
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner. Ability to multi-task effectively
  • The highest level of honesty and integrity
  • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/training as required
  • Must be able to work for prolonged periods sitting, typing, and using the phone and computer

Salary Range: $55,000 + Bonus
