Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative - High Touch VIP Client, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to unengaged member populations, using a soft sales mentality to educate members on their health plans and encourage them to complete surveys or schedule routine appointments. You will work closely with Primary Care Providers to provide white glove service to high-CAHPS risk members, assessing their needs and offering help resolving issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medications, and social determinants of health.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to unengaged member populations using a soft sales mentality
* Educate members on their health plans and encourage them to complete surveys or schedule routine appointments
* Work closely with Primary Care Providers to provide white glove service to high-CAHPS risk members
* Assess member needs and offer help resolving issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medications, and social determinants of health

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
