Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Spanish and English (verbal and written) skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing speed.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
  • Knowledge of computer technology and the Internet, including MS Office Outlook.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of Social Security Disability Law or other disability or medical background.
  • Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or other legal experience.
