Acquisitions Associate

At Homemade, we're revolutionizing the home flipping industry by providing customers with institutional-grade capabilities to flip homes without the hassle. As an Acquisitions Associate, you'll play a critical role in identifying and acquiring off-market properties that align with our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and evaluate off-market properties through various channels, including networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals to source exclusive investment opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations, including market analysis, comparables research, and financial assessments.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and prices with sellers, while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective acquisition strategies based on market trends and company goals.
  • Manage transaction pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and paperwork.
  • Represent Homemade with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Active real estate license preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate acquisitions or sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with sellers and industry professionals.
  • Proficiency in property analysis, market research, and financial evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-based compensation structure and meet targets.
  • A passion for real estate investment and a drive to contribute to company growth.
