Client Services Manager

IGN Entertainment is a leading Internet media company focused on video games and entertainment. We reach more than 400 million monthly users worldwide and have a strong presence on social media and YouTube. Our content is localized in 20 languages and 110 countries, and we host websites and native applications on mobile, connected TV, and gaming platforms.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global creative solutions team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our world-class client marketing campaigns. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including sales, video production, design, and project management. You will work closely with the pitch team to understand the campaign's objectives and requirements, and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and delivery of the campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales and creative strategy teams to craft our response and gain a thorough understanding of our proposal.
- Lead internal and external kick-off calls and summarize pertinent information, requirements, and expectations.
- Collaborate with designers, video producers, ad ops, events, and social media leads to ensure teams are equipped with necessary information and assets.
- Be the primary point of contact for anyone involved in the campaign.
- Communicate with clients and sales on the status and progress of their campaigns and update on needs or status changes.
- Manage production budgets in conjunction with producers.
- Manage the overall campaign timeline and ensure it is stuck to and alert relevant stakeholders of any potential changes.
- Once launched, ensure campaigns are promoted appropriately and deliver on expected goals/KPIs.
- Analyze and understand the performance of campaigns and feed that information into the wider post-campaign analysis and campaign ideation phase.
- Provide excellent customer service to IGN's clients and take responsibility for a client experience that builds and fosters strong relationships and encourages repeat business.
Job Qualifications
- Possess a passion for IGN, its content, and its subject matter.
- Have proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
- Have great organizational skills.
- Have experience working and leading communications with clients.
- Have an objective, collaborative, and composed approach to problem-solving.
- Hold a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
Work Environment
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F, Standard Business hours 9a - 6p, with possible hours before or after the typical work day.
- Travel Requirements: There may be travel from time to time based on projects and events.
- Physical Requirements: There are no physical requirements for this role.
- Work Model: For applicants who reside in or around Los Angeles, there will be a requirement to go into our office 1-3 days per week.
