Client Services Manager

At Panavision, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, including providing exceptional customer service, responding to client feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including managing vendors, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of client services staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement a menu of in-house food and beverage options that meet client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute client and staff events, including onsite presentations, offsite mixers, and staff parties, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of prior experience managing at least one direct report in a professional environment, with a strong background in client services, facilities management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and food delivery platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular attendance and punctuality required. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional travel required.
Salary Range: $25.00 per hour
