Client Services Manager

The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global creative solutions team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our world-class client marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including sales, video production, design, and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop effective campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and creative strategy teams to craft compelling campaign proposals
- Lead internal and external kick-off calls to ensure clear understanding of campaign objectives and requirements
- Work with designers, video producers, ad ops, events, and social media leads to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Manage production budgets and timelines to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and clients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, media planning, account management, sales, or digital advertising
