About the Role:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be integral to our collaborative team, assisting new clients in integrating our program into their benefits offerings. Your role will focus on ensuring client success by nurturing strong relationships, optimizing program usage, and crafting strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with brokers, captives, and HR Managers to facilitate seamless integration, provide ongoing education and support through virtual employee webinars, and oversee onboarding and program modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual employee webinars and informational sessions for employers.
  • Establish and maintain robust customer relationships through proactive daily interactions.
  • Manage service delivery expectations with clients and key partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise and implement strategies for program utilization and product expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and external customer engagements to enhance client program usage.
  • Prepare and deliver customer reporting, including quarterly updates for client groups.
  • Develop and fulfill contractual reporting obligations.
  • Analyze monthly employee engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and manage service and program adjustments for existing clients.
  • Prepare for, participate in, and lead both on-site and virtual training sessions.
  • Create and implement a Bi-Annual Customer Strategic Account Plan.
  • Organize and facilitate customer utilization status meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to develop a comprehensive marketing and engagement strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or HR.
  • Experience in leading webinars and virtual meetings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
